If you see an “Invalid Account” error, it usually indicates that either the password entered or the selected server does not match your account details. Please review both and attempt to log in again.
When entering your password, you may consider copy and pasting the login details directly from the email we sent you containing your trading account login details to avoid typing errors. If you are typing the password manually, make sure to check for case sensitivity and distinguish carefully between similar characters such as the letter “O” and the number “0.” Also confirm that there are no extra spaces before, after, or within your account number or password, and that the correct server has been selected.
Your trading password must contain 8–16 characters and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (A–Z, a–z), numbers (0–9), and special symbols (for example: !@#$%^&*).
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it through the Accounts page of the Client Portal.
