1. Login Failure
- This is commonly caused by incorrect login credentials or selecting the wrong server. Please verify your account number, password, and server details.
2. Investor Password Used Instead of Trading Password
Ensure that you are logging in with your trading password. If you log in using the investor (read-only) password, you will be able to monitor the market but will not be able to place or modify trades.
3. Inactive Trading Instruments
If you have successfully logged in but cannot trade, check the instrument status in the Market Watch window.
