If your network connection is unstable or you experience frequent disconnections after logging in to MT4/MT5, please try the following steps to improve connectivity:
1. Switch your network connection
2. Reconnect to the server (Desktop – MT4/MT5)
Click the connection status icon (green/red bars) at the bottom-right corner of the platform.
Select the Data Center (DC) closest to your physical location or the one showing the lowest latency (ms).
This will help you connect to the most stable and fastest available server.
3. Reconnect to the server (Mobile – MT4/MT5)
Tap Settings at the bottom-right corner of the app.
Tap the Settings option again to enter the detailed settings page.
Locate the MetaTrader logo on the screen.
Press and hold the logo for approximately 5 seconds until you feel a vibration.
This action forces the app to refresh and reconnect to the server.
