Trading statements are automatically sent to your registered email address and can also be generated manually through MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
Automatic Trading Statements
Daily Statements
A daily trading statement is automatically sent to your registered email address on any day that your trading account has activity.
Monthly Statements
A monthly trading statement is automatically sent to your registered email address at the end of each month and includes your trading activity and account information for the reporting period.
How to Generate a Trading Statement in MT4/MT5 Desktop
- Open MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and log in to your trading account.
- Open the Account History tab in the Toolbox/Terminal window.
- Right-click anywhere within the Account History window and select Custom Period.
- Select your preferred start and end dates, then click OK.
- Right-click within the Account History window again and select Save as Report.
- Choose where you would like to save the report on your device.
Your trading statement will be generated and saved for future reference.
MT4/MT5 Mobile App Users
The MT4 and MT5 mobile apps provide access to your trading history. However, statement and report generation features may differ from the desktop platform.
If you require a full trading statement, we recommend:
- Using the MT4 or MT5 desktop platform to generate a report.
- Referring to the daily or monthly statements automatically sent to your registered email address.
- Contacting Customer Support if you require assistance obtaining a specific statement period.
Important Note
- Daily statements are only generated on days when trading activity occurs.
- Monthly statements are automatically sent regardless of trading activity during the month.
- Trading statements can be generated for custom date ranges through MT4 or MT5.
Generated reports can be saved, printed, or shared as required.
Special Cases
Archived Trading Accounts
If you require a statement for an archived trading account, please contact Customer Support and provide:
- Archived account number
- Start date
- End date
PAMM Accounts
If you are a PAMM Investor and require performance or trading history information for a PAMM program, please contact your PAMM Manager directly.
What Should I Do?
If you cannot locate a statement:
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the statement email.
- Verify that your registered email address is correct.
- Generate a statement manually through MT4 or MT5 using the steps above.
- Contact Customer Support if you still cannot access the required statement.
