If you cannot find your server in the list when logging into MT4 or MT5, you can manually add it as follows:
On Desktop (PC):
- Click File in the top menu and select Open an Account.
- If your server is not listed, click Scan to search for available servers, or manually enter the server name from your login credentials email.
- To add more servers:
- Go to File > Open an Account.
- In the search field, click Add new company
- Enter the broker name (e.g., Moneta).
- The platform will display all matching servers. The server you added will be saved for future logins.
On Mobile:
- Open the MT4/MT5 app and tap Settings in the bottom menu.
- Select New Account.
- In the “Enter company or server name” field, type the broker name (e.g., Moneta).
- Choose the correct server from the list of available servers.
- Enter your account number and MT4/MT5 password to log in.
