You can access trading logs and journal entries through Moneta Markets AppTrader or the MT4/MT5 trading platforms. The available options depend on the platform and device you are using.
How to Access Account Activity in Moneta Markets AppTrader
- Open Moneta Markets AppTrader.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Journal.
- Review the trading account logs and journal entries.
- Filter the records by date if required.
How to Find Journal and Log Files in MT4/MT5
On Desktop (Windows/Mac)
- Open the MT4 or MT5 trading terminal.

Click File in the top menu.

Select Open Data Folder.

Open the Logs folder to access your platform log files.
On iOS
- Open the MT4 or MT5 app.

Tap Settings in the bottom menu.

Scroll down and tap Journal.

Tap the Share icon in the top-right corner to export the journal.
On Android
- Open the MT4 or MT5 app.
- Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-left corner.
- Select Journal.
- Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner and select the date of the logs you need.
- Tap the mail icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter a message of at least 20 characters if prompted, then tap the mail icon to continue.
- Select your preferred email app, such as Gmail.
- Enter your own email address as the recipient and send the email with the logs attached.
