You can log in to your Moneta Markets MT4 or MT5 trading account using your trading account number, trading account password, and assigned trading server.
Desktop (Windows/Mac)
- Open the MT4 or MT5 platform.
- Click "File" in the top-left corner.
- Select "Login to Trade Account."
- Enter your trading account number and password.
- Choose the correct server from the dropdown list.
- Click "Login" to access your account.
iOS
- Open the MT4 or MT5 app.
- Tap Settings.
- Select New Account.
- Tap Login to an Existing Account.
- Search for and select your assigned trading server.
- Enter your trading account number and password.
- Tap Sign In.
Android
- Open the MT4 or MT5 app.
- Tap the menu icon (☰).
- Select Manage Accounts or tap the + icon.
- Tap Login to an Existing Account.
- Search for and select your assigned trading server.
- Enter your trading account number and password.
- Tap Sign In.
Important Note
- Use your MT4 or MT5 trading account credentials, not your Client Portal login credentials.
- Ensure you select the trading server assigned to your trading account.
- You can find your assigned server in the Accounts section of the Client Portal under your trading account details.
An incorrect password or server selection may result in an Authorisation Failed or Invalid Account error during login.
