If you’re unable to open a trade on MT4/MT5, we recommend that you check the following:
1. Login Status
Ensure you are connected to the trade server.
Check your internet connection if the connection bar is red or showing "No connection."
"New Order" grayed out or missing? You may be logged in with an investor (read-only) password. Log out and use your master password.

Right-click the symbol > Specification to check its trading hours.
Trading is unavailable when the market is closed (weekends, holidays, or maintenance).
