You can withdraw funds from your Moneta Markets trading account through the Client Portal or the Moneta Markets AppTrader. Select your trading account, enter the withdrawal amount, choose an available withdrawal method, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

The available withdrawal methods and applicable conditions may vary depending on your region, account type, and original deposit method.

How to Withdraw Funds

Withdraw via the Client Portal

1. Log in to your Client Portal.
2. Navigate to Funds > Withdrawal.
3. Select the trading account you wish to withdraw from.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
5. Click Continue.
   
6. Select your preferred withdrawal method from the available options.
   
7. Follow the withdrawal instructions displayed for the selected method.
8. Submit your withdrawal request according to the instructions provided.
    

Withdraw via Moneta Markets AppTrader

1. Log in to the Moneta Markets AppTrader.
2. Navigate to Profile > Withdrawal.
   
3. Tap ⇌ to select the trading account you want to withdraw from. If you have only one trading account, you can skip this step.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
5. Tap Continue.
   
6. Select your preferred withdrawal method from the available options.
7. Follow the withdrawal instructions displayed for the selected method.
8. Tap Submit to complete your withdrawal request.
   
    

Which Withdrawal Methods Are Available?

Moneta Markets supports several withdrawal methods, including:

• International bank transfers
• Local bank transfers
• Credit and debit cards
• E-wallets

Important Note

• Each withdrawal method has its own requirements, processing times, and instructions. Please follow the instructions displayed for the selected withdrawal method when submitting your request.

Withdrawals to Your Original Deposit Method

To comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) requirements, withdrawals must generally be returned through the original deposit method or source, subject to the applicable withdrawal rules.

If you deposited funds using a credit/debit card or local bank transfer, you must first withdraw up to the amount originally deposited through the same payment method or source before withdrawing any remaining funds through an alternative method.

Example:

Suppose you made the following transactions:

• Deposited USD 50 using Credit Card A.
• Deposited USD 60 using Credit Card B.
• Earned USD 20 in trading profits.

Your total account balance would be USD 130.

Before withdrawing your trading profits through an alternative method, you would need to:

1. Withdraw USD 50 back to Credit Card A.
2. Withdraw USD 60 back to Credit Card B.
3. After completing these withdrawals, withdraw the remaining USD 20 in trading profits through an available alternative method, such as an international bank transfer to a bank account held in your name.

The actual withdrawal options remain subject to the methods available for your account and the applicable withdrawal requirements.
 

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 units of your account currency. Some withdrawal methods may have higher minimum limits.

If your requested amount is below the minimum for your selected method, check whether another available method supports a lower minimum amount.
 

Credit Bonuses

If your trading account has a credit bonus, a corresponding amount may be deducted from your account balance when you make a withdrawal. The deduction depends on the applicable promotional participation ratio.
