What should I do if my account balance is negative?

You can request a negative balance reset by logging in to the client portal and navigating to the Accounts page. Click the Reset button next to the relevant trading account. A disclaimer will appear, and you may click Agree to proceed.

Please note that when a negative balance is reset, all remaining bonus credits on that trading account will be deducted. Bonus credits cannot be reinstated once a client has confirmed the deduction in the client portal.
