If you can only see the credit card option when trying to withdraw funds, this is due to compliance with the Anti Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing policies.

 

According to regulatory requirements, your withdrawal method must match your original deposit method. If you deposited funds using a credit or debit card, you must first withdraw an equivalent amount back to that same card.

 

Once the full amount deposited via card has been withdrawn, other withdrawal methods will automatically become available for withdrawing the remaining balance in your account.
