Common Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection
Your withdrawal request may be rejected if:
- Insufficient available balance – Your account does not have enough available funds to cover the requested withdrawal amount.
- Withdrawal details do not match your account information – The withdrawal method or account details do not match the information registered on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Missing or invalid withdrawal documentation – Certain withdrawal methods may require supporting documentation before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Potential stop-out risk – Processing the withdrawal would reduce your available margin and may increase the risk of your open positions reaching the stop-out level.
Important Conditions
Please note the following withdrawal requirements:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 40.
- If your account balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount, you must withdraw your entire available balance.
- Withdrawals must be made in accordance with Moneta Markets' funding and withdrawal policies.
- Certain withdrawal methods may require supporting documentation before funds can be released.
Security-Related Restrictions
To help protect your account and funds, certain account changes will temporarily restrict withdrawals:
- Changing your Client Portal password will trigger a 24-hour withdrawal restriction.
- Changing sensitive account information, such as your registered email address, phone number, or multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings, will trigger a 48-hour withdrawal restriction.
These temporary restrictions are applied automatically as part of our security procedures.
What Should I Do?
If your withdrawal request has been rejected:
- Confirm that you have sufficient available funds in your trading account.
- Verify that your withdrawal details match the information registered on your account.
- Check whether you have recently changed your password, email address, phone number, or MFA settings.
- Review your open positions and available margin to ensure the withdrawal will not place your account at risk of a stop-out.
- If withdrawing via International Bank Transfer (IBT), ensure you have provided a valid bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
Submit a new withdrawal request once any applicable restrictions have expired.
