If you deposited using a credit card but do not see this option for withdrawal, the possible reasons are as follows:
Withdrawal limit reached – Credit/debit card withdrawals can only be processed up to the total deposit amount. Any profit must be withdrawn using an alternative method.
Deposit record expired – Credit card withdrawals follow the original refund method based on deposit records within a certain period of time determined by our payment processors. If this period has passed since your deposit, the record has expired and will no longer be available for withdrawals. You will need to withdraw funds from expired deposit records using a different method.
Deposit-only channel – The credit/debit card channel you used may only support deposits and not withdrawals. In this case, you will need to choose an alternative withdrawal method.
