A Successful or Completed withdrawal status means your withdrawal has been processed by Moneta Markets. It does not necessarily mean the funds have already reached your bank account, card, or crypto wallet.

What Happens After Your Withdrawal Is Processed?

Once a withdrawal is approved and processed on our side, the funds are transferred through the relevant external payment provider. The payment provider then completes the transaction and credits the funds to your account.

As processing times can vary depending on the payment method and provider, there may be a delay between the withdrawal being marked as Successful/Completed and the funds appearing in your account.

These additional processing steps are part of our security measures and help ensure that withdrawals are handled safely and securely.

If your withdrawal is marked as Successful/Completed but the funds have not yet arrived, please allow additional processing time.
