Enabling Security Authenticator App (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your account. Follow the steps below to enable it:
Log in to your Client Portal.
Navigate to Authentication Center > Security Management > Security Authenticator App.
Click Enable.

Complete the liveness check by scanning your face. Once verified, proceed to the next steps.

Click Send Code – a verification code will be sent to your registered email.
Enter the email verification code to proceed.

Download the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app from your mobile device’s app store.
Open the app and scan the QR code displayed on your screen using the in-app camera.
