Enabling Security Authenticator App (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your account. Follow the steps below to enable it:
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Navigate to Authentication Center > Security Management > Security Authenticator App.
- Click Enable.
- Complete the liveness check by scanning your face. Once verified, proceed to the next steps.
- Click Send Code – a verification code will be sent to your registered email.
- Enter the email verification code to proceed.
- Download the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app from your mobile device’s app store.
- Open the app and scan the QR code displayed on your screen using the in-app camera.
