How the Security Authenticator App Works
When you enable the Security Authenticator App, a unique verification code is generated by an approved authenticator application, such as:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
When submitting a cryptocurrency or e-wallet withdrawal request, you will be required to enter the verification code generated by the authenticator app to confirm the withdrawal.
Important Conditions
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for cryptocurrency and e-wallet withdrawals.
- Two-factor authentication is not required to log in to your account.
- Changing or resetting your Security Authenticator App will trigger a 48-hour withdrawal restriction on your account.
- The 48-hour restriction is applied for security and fraud prevention purposes.
What Should I Do?
If you intend to use cryptocurrency or e-wallet withdrawal methods, we recommend enabling the Security Authenticator App as soon as possible.
If you plan to change or reset your authenticator setup, please take the 48-hour withdrawal restriction into consideration before submitting any urgent withdrawal requests.
