Under what circumstances will I be sent a Client Portal login email notification?

If you are subscribed to our mailing list, you may receive an email notification when the IP address used to log in to your account changes. This is a security feature designed to help you identify potentially unauthorized access to your account.

What Should I Do If I Receive an Alert?

When you receive an IP address change notification:
Check the IP address shown in the email.
Compare it with your known IP address(es).
If the IP address matches one of your known addresses and you recognize the login, no further action is required.
If you do not recognize the IP address or login activity, change your account password immediately.
