Insufficient Margin: Your account may not have enough available funds to cover the required margin for the trade. Check your account balance and free margin before placing an order.
Market Availability: Make sure the market for your chosen instrument is open. Some products have specific trading hours, which you can find in the Product Specifications. Also, consider weekends or public holidays, as markets may be closed during these times.
Login/Connection Status: Confirm that you are logged in with the correct credentials. If you are using an investor password, note that it only allows view-only access—you won’t be able to open or close trades.
