You can withdraw funds through either the Client Portal or the Moneta Markets AppTrader. Select the trading account, enter your withdrawal amount, choose an available withdrawal method, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
Withdraw via the Client Portal
Log in to your Client Portal.
Navigate to Funds > Withdrawal.
Select the trading account you wish to withdraw from and enter the withdrawal amount.
Choose your preferred withdrawal method.
Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your withdrawal.
Withdraw via the Moneta Markets AppTrader
Log in to the AppTrader.
Navigate to Profile > Withdrawal.
Tap ⇌ to select the trading account you wish to withdraw from. You can skip this step if you only have one account.
Enter the withdrawal amount.
Choose your preferred withdrawal method and follow the on-screen instructions.
Tap Submit to complete your withdrawal.
Important Notes
Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 units of your account currency. Some withdrawal methods may have different minimum limits. If your withdrawal amount is below the applicable minimum, please select an alternative withdrawal method.
Credit Bonuses: If your account has credit bonuses, a corresponding amount may be deducted from your account balance when you make a withdrawal, based on the applicable promotional participation ratio. Please refer to your Client Portal for the relevant details.
