How can I withdraw funds from my trading account?

On Client Portal
  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Go to Funds and select Withdraw Funds.
  3. Select the trading account you want to withdraw from and enter the amount.
  4. Choose your preferred withdrawal method.
  5. Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your withdrawal.
 
On Moneta Markets AppTrader
  1. Log in to the App.
  2. Navigate to Profile and select Withdraw.
  3. Tap ⇌ to choose the account you want to withdraw from (skip if only one account exists).
  4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
  5. Select your preferred withdrawal method and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Tap Submit to complete your withdrawal.
 
Precautions:
  • If you deposited via credit card, the same amount must first be withdrawn to each respective card before using other withdrawal methods.
  • The minimum withdrawal is 40 units of your account currency. Different methods may have different minimums, so use an alternative method if your request is below the limit.
  • If your account includes a credit bonus, a proportionate amount will be deducted when withdrawing, based on promotional participation (check your Client Portal for details).
