How can I withdraw funds using Cryptocurrency?

To withdraw funds via cryptocurrency please follow the steps below:
 
On Client Portal
  1. Log in to your Client Portal at https://myaccount.monetamarkets.com/login
  2. Go to "Funds" and select "Withdraw Funds".
  3. Select the trading account you want to withdraw from and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  4. Click "Continue".
  5. Choose your desired cryptocurrency option as your withdrawal method.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your withdrawal.
 
On Moneta Markets AppTrader
  1. Log in to the App.
  2. Navigate to the Profile and select Withdraw.
  3. Click ⇌ to select the account you want to withdraw from (this step is for users with multiple accounts under the same name; if not, you may skip it).
  4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
  5. Select your desired cryptocurrency option as your preferred withdrawal method and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Tap Submit to complete your withdrawal.
 
Note:
  • If you deposited via credit card, you must first withdraw the same deposited amount back to each respective card before using other withdrawal methods.
  • The minimum withdrawal is 40 units of your account’s currency. Please note that different transaction methods may have different minimum requirements. If your request is below the method’s minimum, kindly use an alternative withdrawal method.
  • If your account includes a credit bonus, a proportionate amount will be removed when you withdraw funds, based on your participation in promotional activities. (For details, refer to your Client Portal).
  • Clients are required to complete 2FA authentication to enable withdrawals via cryptocurrency.
