You can resubmit your verification documents through the Authentication Center in your Client Portal. Select Standard for general ID and address verification or Plus for Advanced KYC verification, then upload and submit the required documents.

How to Submit Verification Documents

1. Log in to your Client Portal.

2. Navigate to Authentication Center.

3. Select Verification.

4. Choose the appropriate verification type:

   1. Standard: For general ID and address verification.

   2. Plus: For Advanced KYC verification.

5. Upload the required verification documents.

6. Submit your documents for review.

Once your documents have been submitted, our internal team will review them to determine whether they meet the applicable verification requirements.

You will receive an email notification within 1-2 business days with an update regarding your verification status.

Important Note

Advanced KYC Verification is only required to enable withdrawals via international bank transfer. This process is not required for other withdrawal methods.
