To complete your account verification, Moneta Markets requires valid documents to verify both your identity and residential address. Each document must be in color, not expired, and clearly display the required information.
Proof of Identity (POI)
To verify your identity, submit a valid government-issued photo ID that clearly shows:
- Full name
- Photo
- Date of birth
- Issue date
- Expiry date
Accepted POI documents:
- National ID card (front and back)
- Passport (photo page and signature page)
- Driver’s license
If you intend to use your ID as Proof of Address (POA), ensure it clearly displays your residential address.
Proof of Address (POA)
To verify your address, submit a document issued within the last 3 months that clearly shows:
- Full name
- Issue date
- Residential address (no PO Boxes)
- Issuing entity
Accepted POA documents:
- Utility bill (e.g., gas, electricity, water, phone)
- Bank or credit card statement
- Government-issued tax documents
- Any official document issued by a government or financial institution
Alternatively, you may submit a secondary photo ID that includes your address, such as:
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- National ID
NOTE:
- Handwritten documents, edited documents, printouts, screenshots and black-and-white copies are not accepted.
- Make sure all details are clear, readable, and visible in the uploaded image.
