To complete your account verification, you need to provide valid documents confirming your identity and residential address. All documents must be clear, valid, and contain the required information.
Scans, photocopies, screenshots, and handwritten documents are not accepted.
Proof of Identity (POI)
You may submit one of the following valid government-issued identification documents:
- International passport — photo and signature pages
- Driver’s license — photo side
- National ID card
- Valid proof of age card
Proof of Identity Requirements
Your Proof of Identity must:
- Clearly show your full name and date of birth
- Be valid and not expired
Proof of Address (POA)
You may submit one of the following documents:
- Bank statement
- Credit/debit card statement
- Utility bill, such as gas, electricity, water, or phone
- Government-issued tax document
Proof of Address Requirements
Your Proof of Address must:
- Clearly show the full name of the account holder
- Clearly show your complete residential address; P.O. boxes are not accepted
- Be issued within the last 6 months
- Be a clear colour photo or original file, with all four corners visible
