Why can’t I upload documents to the Client Portal?

If you are having trouble uploading your document in the Client Portal, please ensure it meets the supported format requirements:

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, PDF, DOC, DOCX (maximum file size: 5 MB).

If your file meets these requirements but the upload still fails, try clearing your browser cache and uploading again. If the issue continues, please contact our customer support team via email at support@monetamarkets.com and include a screenshot of the error message for further assistance.
