To update your registered email address in the Moneta Markets Client Portal, please ensure you still have access to your current email address, as a verification code is required to complete the process. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your Client Portal and go to Authentication Center > Security Management.
In the Email Address section, click "Modify".
Click "Send Code" and enter the verification code sent to your current email address.
Enter your current password and new email address, then click "Send Code" again.
A verification code will be sent to your new email address. Enter the code and click "Confirm".
Once confirmed, your email address will be successfully updated, and you can use the new email address to log in to the Client Portal.
