When is Proof of Face (POF) required?

Proof of Face (POF) is required when your account holds funds and when Security Authenticator App (2FA) is being enabled for the first time from a new location.

It may also be requested in certain cases depending on your country, region, or deposit method, in line with security and compliance requirements.

POF verifies that the account is being accessed by its rightful owner and provides an additional layer of protection for your funds.
