Can I make a deposit while my account balance is negative?

Yes, you can deposit funds into your account even if it currently has a negative balance. Any deposit you make will first be applied to offset the negative amount.

We advise clearing the negative balance before making additional deposits to ensure your funds are correctly allocated and to avoid potential processing issues.

If a deposit has already been made while the account has a negative balance, please contact support@monetamarkets.com from your registered email address for assistance.
