Upload one of the following documents:

An official letter or email from the card-issuing bank confirming the card is cancelled, expired, replaced, or closed. The document must show:- Cardholder’s name- Last 4 digits of the card- Confirmation that the card can no longer receive funds- Bank’s official stamp or signature
- Bank-issued emails with letterhead confirming the card is inactive.
- Screenshots from official banking apps or online banking showing the card is cancelled, expired, or replaced, clearly displaying your name, bank name, and card status.

If multiple credit cards were used for deposits, ensure principal funds from active cards are withdrawn first before switching to another withdrawal method.
