- Pending verification: If your account verification is still in progress, any typographical errors in your name will be corrected during the process. You will receive an email notification once verification is complete.
- Verified account with an error: If your account has already been verified and you notice an error in your name, contact us immediately via email support@monetamarkets.com from your registered email address. We will forward your request to the relevant department.
- Legal name change after verification: If you have legally changed your name, email support@monetamarkets.com from your registered email address. Attach clear copies of both the front and back of your new POI document, and use "New POI Document" as the email subject. The relevant department will review and process your request.
