Pending verification: If your account verification is not yet complete, any typos in your address will be corrected during the process. You will receive an email notification once POA verification is complete.
 

Completed verification: If your address verification is already complete and you need to update your residential address, email support@monetamarkets.com from your registered email address. Attach your new POA document and use "New POA Document for Address Change" as the email subject. The relevant department will review and process your request.
