To begin, please email support@monetamarkets.com and include the following documents as applicable:
- Death certificate of the account holder
- Identification of the executor (e.g., passport, national ID, driver’s license)
- Will (if available)
- Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration (if there is no will)
Once we have reviewed and verified the documents, we will proceed with the appropriate account handling steps and inform you of any additional requirements.
