Keeping your password current is key to protecting your Moneta Markets account. You can update it anytime via the Client Portal or Moneta Markets AppTrader.
Client Portal
- Log in to the Client Portal, and navigate to Authentication Center
- Click into the Security Management tab.
- Scroll down to Password, click Modify, and acknowledge the withdrawal restriction disclaimer.
- Click Send Code to receive a verification code at your registered email and enter it.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Confirm to save your changes.
Moneta Markets AppTrader
- Open the Moneta Markets AppTrader and go to Profile.
- Tap on Security.
- Scroll down and tap on Change Login Password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Tap Send OTP to receive a verification code via SMS.
- Enter the OTP to complete the update.
Note: For security reasons, withdrawals will be restricted for 24 hours after changing your login password.
