Moneta Markets also provides other passwords and security features for specific purposes, such as view-only trading access, fund authorisation, and additional account verification.
Which Passwords Are the Same?

How Do I Obtain My MT4/MT5 Trading Password?
Once your Proof of Identity (POI) has been successfully verified and your trading account has been created, your MT4/MT5 login credentials are sent to your registered email address.
Check your registered email inbox for the account details. If you cannot find them, check your spam or junk folder.
Remember that your MT4/MT5 trading password is separate from your Client Portal and AppTrader password. Changing one does not mean the other has also been changed.
What Other Security Features Are Available?
In addition to your passwords, Moneta Markets provides the following security features:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Adds an additional verification step for supported account security and withdrawal processes.
- Passkey: Provides a passwordless authentication option on AppTrader for supported devices.
The availability and requirements of these security features may depend on the platform and the action you are performing.
Important Note
- Your Client Portal and AppTrader share the same login password.

- Your Investor Password provides view-only access and cannot be used to execute trades.
