What should I do if my Proof of Face (POF) verification fails repeatedly?

If your Proof of Face (POF) verification keeps failing, please send an email from your registered address to support@monetamarkets.com so our verification team can review your case.

Include the following in your email:

Full name
Date of birth
A screenshot of the issue you encountered
A clear photo of yourself holding your ID (both front and back of the document are required)
