I made a deposit but didn’t receive the bonus. What should I do?

To receive your bonus, please ensure you complete the following steps:

Join the promotion – Click the “Join Now” button on the relevant promotion page in your Client Portal.
Redeem your bonus – After joining, a “Redeem” button will appear. Click it to activate your bonus.

Important Notes:

The bonus must be redeemed within 7 calendar days of your qualifying deposit.
If not redeemed within this period, the bonus will expire and become ineligible.
