I opted into the promotion but did not receive bonus in my trading account. Why?

The Cashback Bonus promotion does not grant tradable bonus credits to our clients' trading accounts. The credit in your Bonus Wallet is only applicable for accumulating cashback from your trading activity on Forex, Gold and Oil products.

For example, if you have traded 1 lot of EURUSD today using your Direct STP trading account, you will earn 2 USD in accumulated cashback, which will be deducted from your Bonus Wallet and credited to your Cashback Wallet the following day. The accumulated cashback amount can be transferred to your trading account in the following month.

To verify whether or not you have successfully participated in this promotion, please refer to the Bonus Wallet section of your Client Portal. If your Bonus Wallet shows 0 available balance, you will not earn cashback from your trading activities.
