1. Proof of Identity (POI)
Provide a valid passport that:
- Is government-issued and not expired
- Is in color and high resolution
- Clearly displays your full name, photo, passport number, and issue/expiry dates
- Includes the signature page, if applicable
2. Proof of Address (POA)
Provide a bank statement matching your intended withdrawal account that:
- Was issued within the last 3 months
- Clearly shows your full name, residential address, and bank account information
- Includes the bank’s official letterhead or digital verification
- Shows transaction history
