Moneta Markets allows Introducing Brokers (IBs) to transfer rebates to their direct subordinate accounts through the IB Portal. Transfers can be done individually or in batches.
To access the rebate transfer feature:
- Log in to your IB Portal.
- Click on “Transfer Rebate” in the Dashboard page.
- Select “Transfer Rebate To Others.”
Single Transfer (One Account)
Follow these steps to transfer rebates to one account at a time:
- Select the rebate account you want to transfer funds from.
- Enter the subordinate rebate or trading account you want to transfer funds to.
- Input the transfer amount.
- Click “Send Code”, then enter the code that is sent to your registered email address.
- Check the box to confirm the declaration: “I agree: Please check the transfer information carefully, the operation cannot be rolled back, you will take losses caused by the wrong transfer.”
- Click “Submit.”
Batch Transfer (Multiple Accounts)
To transfer rebates to multiple accounts at once:
- Select the rebate account you want to transfer funds from.
- Download the Batch Transfer Template and fill in the required recipient account number and transfer amounts.
- Upload the completed CSV file in the Bulk Upload section.
- Click “Send Code”, then enter the code that is sent to your registered email address.
- Check the box to confirm the declaration: “I agree: Please check the transfer information carefully, the operation cannot be rolled back, you will take losses caused by the wrong transfer.”
- Click “Submit.”
You can view your transfer history by going to Funds > Transfers in your IB portal.
Important Notes
- Transfers are only allowed from upper-level accounts to their direct subordinates.
- Transfers can only be made between accounts with the same currency. For example, a rebate account in USD can only transfer funds to subordinate accounts also in USD.
- Only CSV format files are accepted for batch transfers
- Transfers to non-subordinate accounts are not allowed.
- If the sending account is restricted from making withdrawals or internal transfers, it will not appear as an option during the transfer process.
