If you’re unable to log in using your phone number, it may be because your number has not yet been linked to the app.

 

During your first-time login to the Moneta Markets AppTrader, you will be prompted to verify your phone number. You’ll need to enter your number and confirm it using a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS.

 

If this verification step was not completed, your phone number will remain unlinked. As a result, you will not be able to log in through the app using either your phone number or email address.

 

Please bind your phone number to your account and try logging in again.
