If you receive an “Invalid authenticator code” message when entering your 2FA code, please try the following:
Ensure you are using Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, as other third-party authentication apps are not supported.
Wait for the code in your Authenticator app to refresh and enter the latest code, since expired codes will not work.
Check your mobile device’s date and time settings. Incorrect time settings may invalidate your codes. Make sure your device is set to the correct local timezone before trying again.
