To transfer funds between your trading accounts, follow these steps:
On Client Portal
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Click on Funds.
- Select Transfer Between Accounts.
- Choose the "From" (transfer-out) and "To" (transfer-in) trading accounts.
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
- Click Submit.
On Moneta Markets AppTrader
- Navigate to Profile and click on Transfer
- Choose the account to transfer the funds from.
- Select the account to transfer the funds to.
- Enter the amount to be transferred.
- Click Next and follow the next instruction to complete the transfer process.
Important Notes:
- Internal transfers cannot be processed if there are open positions in the account.
- If the outgoing account has a credit bonus, the bonus will be removed proportionally based on your participation in the promotion. You can choose to transfer the remaining bonus to the receiving account or forfeit it. The transfer ratio will follow the terms of the promotion.
- Internal transfers on the Moneta Markets Client Portal and Moneta Markets AppTrader are only allowed between accounts with the same currency.
