If you are unable to log into your trading account, please check the following:
Ensure you are connected to the correct server.
Verify that your account number and password are entered correctly. Make sure you are using your trading account password, not your Client Portal password.
Confirm that your network connection is stable.
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, go to the Accounts page in the Client Portal, click the gear icon next to the trading account you wish to access, and select Change Password > Forgot Password. This will trigger an automated email containing a link to complete your password reset.
