Important Conditions

• All open positions must be closed before a leverage change can be processed automatically.
• If your account has open positions, your leverage change request will remain in Submitted status and may require manual review.
• Available leverage options are:
  • 1:100
  • 1:200
  • 1:300
  • 1:400
  • 1:500
  • 1:1000
• Leverage cannot be set below 1:100, above 1:1000, or to any value outside the available options.
• Account leverage cannot be changed through the Moneta AppTrader mobile application. To change the leverage on a trading account, please use the Client Portal.

   

1:1000 Leverage Eligibility

• 1:1000 leverage is only available when your account equity is below USD 20,000 (or equivalent).

• If your account equity reaches or exceeds USD 20,000, leverage may be automatically adjusted to 1:500, subject to account conditions and any open positions.

   

Temporary Leverage Adjustments

During major news events and certain market conditions, leverage on newly opened positions may be temporarily reduced as part of Moneta Markets' risk management measures.

Once the affected period has passed, leverage settings will automatically return to their normal levels.
