Why am I unable to change my account leverage?

If you are unable to change your account leverage, it may be because you have open positions in your trading account. The system automatically places leverage modification requests on hold while trades are active to prevent potential stop-outs due to margin changes.

To proceed, please ensure all positions are closed and then submit your request again. If you continue to experience issues, contact our customer support team at support@monetamarkets.com.
