No. Archived trading accounts cannot be reactivated.
If you wish to resume trading, you can open a new trading account through your existing Client Portal profile. There is no need to create a new profile or register a new client account.
What Happens to an Archived Account?
When a trading account is archived:
- The account becomes inactive and can no longer be used for trading.
- The account cannot be reopened or reactivated.
- Your trading history and account records remain available for reference.
Accounts may be archived due to client requests, prolonged inactivity, or other account management requirements.
What Should I Do?
If you have another active trading account under your profile, you can continue trading using that account.
If you do not have an active trading account, you can open a new trading account through your Client Portal:
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Navigate to Accounts > Open Account.
- Select the account type you would like to open.
- Complete the account setup process.
- Once approved, your new trading account will be available for use.
Important Note
- You may hold multiple trading accounts under the same Client Portal profile.
- New accounts are subject to the standard account opening and verification requirements.
Trading history from archived accounts remains available for your records.
