If you have logged in successfully but are unable to place trades, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your account is a PAMM Investor account.
Please note that PAMM Investor accounts are not tradable. PAMM (Percentage Allocation Money Management) allows a fund manager to pool funds from multiple investors for trading purposes.
2. You logged in using the investor password.
For more information, please refer to: [What is an investor password and how to change it?]
3. Your account has insufficient balance.
Your account may not have enough available funds to cover the required margin for the trade. Check your account balance and free margin before placing an order.
4. Outside trading hours or scheduled maintenance.
The instrument you are trying to trade may be unavailable due to being outside its designated trading hours or ongoing scheduled server maintenance. We recommend checking official announcements or referring to the trading schedule of the instrument in MT4 or MT5 for the most up-to-date information.
